Client Support_China

Location: Remote in China


Universal Processing LLC is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Support to join the operations team remotely in China. The Client Support is a critical role that interacts directly with our clients and supports our sales effort.

You Will be Responsible for:

  • Confer with client by telephone professionally and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Respond to clients’ concerns and needs; identify clients’ requirements and provide the appropriate solutions
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve clients’ problems
  • Keep records of clients’ interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Assist client in account risk related concerns and queries, including but not limited to funding issues and chargeback issues; Handle fund holds for clients and ACH rejects
  • Support sales agents in handling client requests; advise sales agents in client support and after-sales policies
  • Contact clients to respond to inquiries or to notify them of new regulations or any planned adjustments
  • Serve as a liaison or translator between merchants and Priority Payment System or FirstData to resolve funding or terminal issues
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to terminal hardware
  • Assist in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency effectiveness
  • Learn and be educated on all the software and hardware that the company uses and sells
  • Assist in client support or technical support related projects and tasks as assigned

  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual
  • Proficient with Excel and Word


Don’t be intimidated by the terminologies or the industry if you are not familiar with them. We will provide training for you to understand the industry, full-service line the company offers, and how to do troubleshooting and customer service.

  • 熟悉公司产品,包括美国信用卡处理行业
  • 聆听客户需求,判断客户所需要的服务,并提供相应的专业解答
  • 及时为客户提供相应的信用卡处理解决方案,将客户交谈信息录入管理系统
  • 协助客户关于账户风险保障的咨询和要求,包括资金入账和客户赖账问题
  • 处理延迟到账或扣款失败的问题
  • 协助销售人员处理客户要求,并为销售人员提供售后服务政策
  • 为客户和Priority Payment System 或 FirstData 服务中心担当口译,为客户解决入账及终端系统问题
  • 处理服务故障及客户投诉,并跟踪解决进度
  • 为技术部提供技术支持,并解决客人使用刷卡机时出现的技术问题


  • 本科及以上学历
  • 英语通过CET6,口语流利,有出色的沟通和表达能力(此工作需要与美国英语客服有直接交流)
  • 具备专业的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
  • 勤奋善于学习,工作态度积极,有责任心、细心、耐心
  • 抗压能力强,善于沟通,观察力强,善于发现问题、解决问题
  • 能接受轮班制
  • 有客户服务方面经验者优先录用
